Frontex published its General Report 2009: 54 pages, pdf

Last December (2009), the European Union decided upon the Stockholm Programme, its 5-year-plan for Justice and Home Affairs (check here and here). The Programme itself is more of a framework and doesn’t conclusively state what is exactly to come. For that, there is the Stockholm Action Programme.

So the Commission proposed an amendment to the Frontex regulation.

Combating illegal immigration in the Mediterranean

Auch wenn es schon 2009 ist: Statewatch hat den Frontex-Jahresbericht 2007 veröffentlicht, und zwar auf Englisch.
Es steht nicht allzu viel neues drin, aber ich finde die zwar nicht detaillierte, aber anschienend relativ umfassende Auflistung der Aktivitäten sehr gut.

Ja, letzte Woche ist ein Bericht von Frontex ans Licht gekommen: ‘Frontex-led EU Illegal Immigration Technical Mission to Libya‘. Wir haben ihn alle noch nicht gelesen, wir sind nämlich beschäftigt, eine Broschüre zu erstellen.
